Probably the world's most talked about couple - George and Amal Clooney....What lavish abode could possibly be befitting enough for this hot Hollywood couple? Considering the world never thought this bachelor would ever get hitched, it's quite the question.

Fortunately, we now know the answer. It takes an island. A 17th-century Georgian mansion on an island to be exact. The Clooney's will call Sonning-on-Thames in Oxfordshire home now -- a quiet 5.5 acreage about 40 miles west of London, U.K.

The mansion itself spans 9,000-square-feet and offers 10 bedrooms, eight full baths and two half baths, and still boasts some of the original architectural features, including the moldings and mahogany floors. More than enough room for house guests, and based on that wedding they'll need it.
